Job Description
TITLE: Nutrition Team Leader

QUALIFICATIONS: Five years experience in Food Services; leadership experience helpful.

REPORTS TO: Director of School Nutrition

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Responsible for overseeing operations, including preparing and cooking foods according to established recipes, maintaining records and transporting deposits to the high school.
  2. Instruct food service staff in their various duties. Acquaint them with policies of the system, rules and regulations pertaining to safety, sanitation, etc.
  3. Report grievances to the Food Service Director.
  4. Other duties and requirements will include:
    1. completing accident reports
    2. reporting equipment problems to the Director
    3. monitor adherence to HACCP regulations
    4. inventory management and ordering product
  5. Perform other duties as assigned or directed by the Director
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 6.5 hours/day during the school year

EVALUATION: Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in writing by the Director of School Nutrition. Copy will be filed in Personnel File.
