Ferrisburgh Central School is seeking an Interventionist to support work improving mathematics instruction school-wide and provide math intervention across all elementary grades. Provide leadership in the area of math instruction, curriculum, and assessment. Collaborate with others to engage family and community in math activities.
Qualified candidates shall:
Explicit training and knowledge of Bridges in mathematics, math menu and number talks preferred.
Design and deliver intervention services to students based on student need, program goals, in collaboration with other math interventionists and classroom teachers.
Collaborate with the leadership team, curriculum leaders, fellow math interventionists, special educators, paraeducators and community members to implement effective math programs and practices.
Provide classroom level support to teachers in implementing Bridge’s curriculum, math menu and number talks.
Oversee administration, data analysis, and interpretation of assessment results related to math assessments.
Certification/Endorsement: Elementary Education, or will consider Special Education.
