Champlain Valley Union High School/CVSD seeks a full time, energetic paraprofessional to join our special education team. We are looking for a skilled, caring individual to provide off-campus support at the Essex and/or Burlington Tech Center for individual and small groups of students in academic areas, personal development/behavior, and social cognition. Candidates will be advocates of inclusive education, problem-solvers, strong collaborators, and positive team members. Ability to promote child growth, foster independence and a willingness to learn are essential. Familiarity with tech programs and/or experience or background in forestry would be an asset in this role. Pay rate for this position is $17.30 to $19.05 per hour depending upon education and experience.
