Chelmsford Public Schools - Adult Education Supervisor 2022- 2023
The Chelmsford Public Schools is now accepting applications for the following vacancy. The District reserves the right to change this vacancy or not fill this vacancy based on further staffing changes, enrollment, or budget.
Position: Adult Education Supervisor
Reports to: Director of Chelmsford Community Education
Fall Session from mid- September to mid- December (exact dates to be determined). Actual start and end time based on daily class schedule; no snow days.
Winter/ Spring session from mid- January to mid-May (exact dates to be determined). Actual start and end time based on daily class schedule.
Adult education supervisor at Chelmsford High School, 200 Richardson Road Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:00 - 9:30 PM
FTE: Part time, employee at will, approximately 9 hours per week.
Site Supervisor, Responsible for any emergencies that may arise Greet Instructors Greet students; escort to classrooms on first night of classes Print Attendance Sheets Ensure rooms are set up for classes: physically and technology Breakdown rooms after classes Work with custodians (cleaners) to ensure buildings and classroom doors are open Work with custodians to ensure that outside lights are on proper timing Prior to class start, work with technology to ensure proper software is loaded on computers
HOURS: Average 9 hours/week, schedule TBD Part-time vacancy, Employee at will

First Aide & CPR Trained (preferred)
Ability to work independently
Highly Organized
Good oral and written communication skills
Good problem solving and conflict resolution
Ability to work well with staff, parents and students
Computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
Any other duty as needed and assigned by administration
Bachelor degree preferred Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required |
