The elementary social emotional (SAIL) program specialist will manage a small caseload of children with social, emotional, and behavioral needs through development of behavior plans, observation and data collection, academic monitoring, teaching assistant training and supervision, teacher consult and collaboration, and parent partnership and communication. The ideal candidate will be trained to conduct functional behavioral assessments, however, training is available if needed.
The SAIL program is an inclusion based, wraparound program that provides therapeutic, behavioral, and executive functioning supports for students with emotional disabilities, high functioning autism, and/or other disorders impacting emotional and behavioral regulation.

Licensure as a school counselor, school adjustment teacher, or special education teacher required. Familiarity with principles of applied behavioral analysis preferred.
At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
Master degree preferred Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required |
