Job Description: The Millbury Public Schools will sponsor a summer school program for students in grades 7-12. The program will run for four weeks and classes will be in session Monday-Friday.
The program will begin on Monday, June 27, 2022 and end on Friday, July 22, 2022. Interested teachers should submit a letter of intent, indicating which courses they would like to teach and the teaching licenses that they possess. All letters must be received on or before Friday, June 3, 2022.
It is anticipated that the following courses will be offered. However, the school district reserves the right to cancel courses, which do not have adequate enrollment.
English Math Science History- English I, CP Algebra I, Earth Science, English II, Algebra II, Physical Science, English III, CP Geometry, Biology, English IV CP, Grade 7 & 8 Math, Chemistry, Grade 7 & 8 English, Personal Finance, Physics, Grade 7 & 8 Reading, Anatomy & Physiology, Grade 7 & 8 Science, U.S. History 1, U.S. History ii, World History, Grade 7 & 8 Social Studies.

Compensation:
$750.00/course as a first year employee in Summer School (Three course maximum - $2,250)
$775.00/course, given teaching experience in Summer School (Three course maximum - $2,325)
At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
Bachelor degree preferred Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required |
