As part of the Windham Southeast School District (WSESD), Early Education Services, a Vermont Parent Child Center, and a Head Start/Early Head Start program (EES), is an increasingly diverse community with an ongoing commitment to social justice and anti-racism. Support the daily operation of the classroom through active engagement with children and the completion of assigned tasks. Must be 18 years old with either a High School diploma or equivalent. Previous positive experience working with young children. Must exhibit flexibility and maintain professional integrity while working in a high paced environment; remain calm in stressful situations and have a collaborative attitude. Ability to bend, kneel, sit on the floor and lift 50lbs. All candidates must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively on a multi-disciplinary team.
