As part of the Windham Southeast School District (WSESD), Early Education Services, a Vermont Parent Child Center, and a Head Start/Early Head Start program (EES), is an increasingly diverse community with an ongoing commitment to social justice and anti-racism. Early Head Start Infant/Toddler Teachers - Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or 30-36 related college credits. Experience working with young children birth-age 3 in a group setting.
Head Start Preschool Teachers - Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or 30-36 related college credits. Experience working with young children ages 3-5 in a group setting.
Early Head Start and Head Start Assistant Teachers - Completion of Vermont’s Fundamentals course, or a college level Child Development Course and a minimum of 1 year experience with young children required.
All candidates must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively on a multi-disciplinary team.
