Job Description
The Therapeutic Learning Center (TLC) paraprofessional will work with the classroom teacher to provide support to students in grades K-5. The TLC instructional program is a self-contained classroom for students that are identified with emotional and behavior problems that affect their learning. The paraprofessional will provide hands-on support as directed by the classroom teacher to enable students to achieve their maximum potential. The paraprofessional will assist with the basic academic and behavioral functions of students.

This position requires In-School attendance and is not Remote.

Salary rate is based on degree level, years of relevant experience, certification, language skills, etc.
6.5 hours per day for the remainder of the 2020-2021 School Year.

Job Requirements
Must have either an Associates or Bachelors Degree. Candidates without a degree must meet highly qualified requirements through state testing. Experience working in a diverse community is preferred.
