Job Description
OSSU is looking for 3 dynamic, student-centered support persons to work at Hardwick Elementary School. These positions fall under the Union Master Agreement with benefits and paid time off. Candidates with experience working with elementary age students are preferred.

The total population within our 6 towns is approximately 6,900 residents. The geographic location of the Orleans Southwest Supervisory Union is often referred to as the Gateway to the Northeast Kingdom. We are located 20 miles from St. Johnsbury, 30 miles from Montpelier (Vermont’s capital), and 60 miles from Burlington (Vermont’s largest city).

Job Requirements
Candidates must pass a full background check. Candidates without at least an Associates Degree will be required to complete HG (highly qualified) para educator training online.
