Job Description
Work Based Learning Special Educator at Rutland High School ~

Applicants must be knowledgeable of Special Education Law, writing IEP’s, adapting curriculum, inclusionary educational practices and be able to work as part of a team. Successful applicant must be able to be certified in Vermont as a Special Educator. Certification as a Work Based Learning Coordinator a plus. This position requires an energetic, creative and passionate self-starter who enjoys working closely with students, families and organizations in the community. This position would be continuing the work of a robust program that has successfully assisted students meet a variety of occupational objectives to develop useful employment skills through close community partnerships.
