Job Description
Responsible for developing Plumbing Code curriculum in compliance with Commonwealth of Massachusetts General Laws and Regulations for 110 hour Tier IV program. Students are apprentice plumbers looking to sit for the Journeyman’s Exam. This class is scheduled twice a week Tue/Thurs, starting October 1st, with class running from 5-8pm. The schedule can be altered if needed, depending on teacher availability.

1. Developing and updating course curriculum in accordance with established standards and competencies and in compliance
with state mandates.
2. Providing classroom instruction and supervision.
3. Maintaining accurate and complete records of student progress and attendance.
4. Complying with rules of conduct for school faculty, staff, and personnel.
5. Willingness to assist in marketing of this program (face to face, or internet-based social networking).

Job Requirements
• Must hold current and valid Massachusetts Master Plumber License.
• Evidence of successfully teaching the Plumbing Tier program is preferred.
• Knowledge of assigned area of instruction, including knowledge of federal laws and laws of the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts pertaining to plumbing code.
• Ability to inspire students to set and reach high standards of achievement.
• Ability to maintain order in the classroom.
• Successful completion of CORI required.
