Prospect Hill Academy Charter School seeks a Communications Intern for its External Relations Department.

Desired Schedule: 10-20 hours per week, scheduled between 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Location: District Office within our Middle School Campus (50 Essex Street, Cambridge)

Essential Functions:
  1. Collection of content and writing of:
    • Social media posts
    • PHA Now newsletter (for external audiences such as donors, partners, community members)
    • PHA Family Newsletter (for PHA families)
    • PHA website
  2. Social media posting and monitoring
  3. PHA website updating and traffic analysis
  4. Monitoring of social media advertising (click-through rates analysis)

Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required
  • Experience in social media marketing
  • Experience in and/or eager to learn content creation
  • Experience in and/or eager to learn about social media data analysis
  • Invested in seeking out work / self-motivated
  • Confident to present ideas and potential improvement strategies
  • Bachelor's’ degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • High School/Trade School degree preferred
  • Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
