Job Description
The Milton Town School District is seeking to fill the position as a Health Clerk/Health Assistant Office Personnel for the remainder of this 2017-2018 school year only. The goal of this position is to have the Health Clerk assist school nursing personnel by performing routine health-related tasks and clerical services, under the direction of the school nurse, to aid in the health care needs of students and staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
• High School diploma
• Willing to maintain confidentiality
• Able to complete MTSD Health Clerk training

Recommended Qualifications:
• Hold current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid.
• Has had experience/training in a school health setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Able to work inside and outside.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

This position is a support staff school year position that consist of 6 hours a day five days a week. Benefits include; a single person health insurance plan, dental and life insurance. Base rate of pay $12.52/hr., could be more based on experience.
