Note: If you are interested in obtaining health insurance, you must sign up at the start of your employment. Staff members wishing to obtain insurance after the start of employment must wait for the annual open enrollment in May.
In addition to health insurance, the Town of Pembroke offers employees Delta Dental.
The rates for dental insurance listed below reflect 100% payment by the employee:
Individual Plan: $ 39.00/month
Family Plan: $ 97.00/month
The Town of Pembroke offers employees the opportunity to purchase basic life insurance.
Amounts and premiums are age dependent and may be discussed with a representative of the Treasurer’s Office at town hall.
The Town of Pembroke will, at the written request of a Professional Employee, enter into an agreement to reduce the amount
of his/her salary pursuant to Section 403 of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended and in accordance with G.L. c71, Section 37B,
and apply the amount of said reduction in salary to the purchase or a tax sheltered annuity plan. The 403b vendors are as follows:
