Robinson ISD is a 4A district made up of five campuses: Robinson Primary (PK-1st grades); Robinson Elementary (2nd & 3rd grades); Robinson Intermediate (4th & 5th grades); Robinson Junior High School (6th-8th grades) and Robinson High School (9th-12 grades). We are located about ten miles south of Waco, Texas. Some of the local attractions include the largest municipal park in the state of Texas at the Cameron Park Zoo, three colleges campuses in Baylor University. McLennan Community College (MCC) and Texas State Technical College (TSTC) as well as the home of Dr. Pepper and Big Red. The area has many sporting events to attend including Big XII sporting events at Baylor. Depending on where you live in the area, the local commute should be no more than 20 minutes as traffic is very minimal. Major employers in the area include: Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, Providence Health Center, Baylor University, the City of Waco, L-3 Integrated Systems, Mars/M&M, and H.E.B. Food Stores.
