Welcome to Nacel International School Systems!
The Best Kept Secret in Minnesota!
Welcome to Saint Paul Preparatory School — a college-prep high school, enrolling students in grades 9-12

In 2003, the idea for Saint Paul Preparatory was conceived by myself and three of my partners in international education. We proposed to establish an international high school here in Minnesota, where students from all over the world could study together with local students. The goal was to “bring the world” to Minnesota, to create an international community of high school students. In doing so, American students would gain cultural experience and global understanding without leaving their families, and international students would have a safe, cultural and academic immersion experience while they attended our accredited school.

Branch Campuses
Our vision is to create a school system whereby students will have the opportunity to study in a variety of countries and cultures and yet work within a similar educational system. Our goal is to prepare our students to succeed in the global work place and become leaders with broad perspectives and high expectations for themselves and others.

The St. Paul Preparatory School program has opened branch schools in China, South Korea, the Philippines, France, and has established a sister school relationship in Poland. These programs uphold the integrity of the SPP curriculum and offer students a diverse and challenging educational experience that is modeled after our U.S. program.
