Job Description
The Greene County ESC has a need for a qualified PE Teacher (with APE endorsement preferred) for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year to work with school age children.
This position is a full time 5 days per week work schedule.
District: This teacher will be assigned to GCESC programs and/or Greene County districts to teach APE.
Qualifications
- PE license required with APE endorsement preferred, but not required, we will support candidates to obtain supplemental licensure with the State of Ohio for the APE endoresment.
- Meet legal requirements relative to a criminal background check
- Maintain acceptable attendance record and punctuality
General Description:
- Create and implement specially designed instruction in physical education to meet the unique needs of individual students or small groups of students in accordance with their IEP(s).
- Evaluate students’ gross motor skills and physical development within the ages of 3-21.
- Implement direct and consultative services while working collaboratively with other disciplines to provide a multidisciplinary team approach.

Salary Range: $42,913 - $86,000 based upon experience.
