  NOTICE OF EXTENDED CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT - FIRST POSSIBLE DATE OF HIRE:  January 17, 2022

• ATTENTION:  You must be a current employee of Cedar Rapids Community School District to apply for this position.  Out of district applicants WILL NOT be considered.

• POSITION TITLE:   Music, All-City Music Contest Coordinator

• PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The All-City Music Contest Coordinator is primarily responsible for the organizational aspects of the contest including:  

  • Communicate contest deadlines 

  • Update contest rules and regulations and communicate that document to participating schools

  • Create the contest-day schedule and communicate the schedule to participating schools

Qualification: 

  • Certified Music Teacher

  • Currently employed by the Cedar Rapids Community School District

  

COMPENSATION:  Per diem rate, time to be entered in the time clock.
