The Title 1 Math Interventionist provides leadership, coordination, collaboration, and innovation in ELA curriculum and instruction.
Responsibilities include:
Develops daily lesson plans for small groups of identified students that parallel and support classroom instruction.
Meets regularly with classroom teachers to plan instruction and communicate and evaluate student progress.
Works with classroom and special education teachers to manage, plan, implement and assess math skills and instructional strategies.
Maintains accurate records to demonstrate student growth.
Implements program according to Title 1 Regulations.
Guides teachers to collect and analyze data and develop action plans in response to determined student needs.
At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
Bachelor degree and educator licensure required
Citizenship, residency or work visa required
The position is 3 days per week $27.50 per hour
