Job Description

Job Summary:
The academic interventionist provides support to students by providing small group tier 2 instruction which is established through communication and collaboration with the classroom teacher.

Hiring requirements:
Valid Iowa teaching license with K-6 Classroom and K-8 reading endorsement

Highly Qualified Candidates will possess:
Previous classroom teaching experience.
Experience in an urban school district.
Additional training in math and reading.

Position Details:
Contract days vary by assignment
7.75 hours

Salary schedule attached

Final salary will be determined by experience and qualifications
