Job Description
Site Director
A position with responsibilities that includes oversight and monitoring of day to day operations and management of an Early Childhood center.
Qualification: Experience, as well as working knowledge and sensitivity to child care issues of low income, and at-risk children and families. Position includes supervising staff. Candidate must be knowledgeable of DEEC regulations, QRIS and NAEYC standards and accreditation process. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or a related field required. A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an administrative position required. DEEC Director II Certification required, Infant/Toddler and/or Preschool Lead Teacher Certification required. Strong supervisory, written and verbal skills are required.
Full time, 52 weeks per year, exempt position; Starting Salary: $2,044.90 bi-weekly

Job Requirements
