Job Details
The purpose of this position is to provide behavioral consultation and to collaborate with school staff in developing classroom organization, scheduling, and behavior management. To provide training in the use of basic ABA principles (i.e.; discrete trials, positive reinforcement, data collection etc.). Complete assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP etc.) to assist in the development of behavioral intervention plans, materials, behavioral objectives, data collection procedures, and monitor data collection.

The Lynn School Department is made up of one early childhood center, eighteen elementary schools, three middle schools, two comprehensive high schools, a vocational high school and an alternative junior/senior high school. It employs approximately 2,000 employees, including administrators, teachers, clerical, health,fand food service staff. It provides Special Education and English Language Learner Education programs.
