Calling all Teachers and Aspiring Educators

If you are knowledgeable and passionate about children, teaching and learning, and enjoy working in a positive and collaborative setting, we are hiring all grade level building based substitute teachers to work across classrooms and community sites.
Building based substitute teachers will support the teaching of appropriate content and skills by utilizing curriculum material adopted by the school district. They will help supervise students and assist in keeping them on-track with their assignments, providing tutoring and social-emotional support when necessary while communicating directly with the classroom teacher.
Qualified candidates must be knowledgeable and passionate about our Blackstone-Millville youth, and want to make a positive difference in our community during these very challenging times.

  • Location Description

    Millville Elementary School is a small school in Worcester County just over the Rhode Island border with a student population of approximately 300 students. It is one of three elementary schools in the Blackstone-Millville Regional School District and the only school located in the town of Millville .Our school-wide instructional focus is on improving our students’ problem solving skills through the work of our instructional focus team composed of our elementary staff and school leadership.
