Job Description

Lisbon High School is seeking a long term substititue English teacher for the 2020-21 school year. The position will be for an 8 week maternity leave. The approximate dates are from February 1st through April 1st.  We are seeking a 5-12 English/Language Arts certified teacher.

Located 20 minutes from Cedar Rapids and 25 minutes from Iowa City, Historic Lisbon offers access to a thriving corridor while providing all the benefits of a close-knit community.  Approximately 300 secondary school students are provided rigorous and relevant curriculum from a strong secondary staff.  Lisbon students utilize our 1-to-1 computing initiative to help students achieve personal and district curriculum goals.
