About the Position:
Under the direction of the RN Case Manager, the outreach worker will work to provide engagement opportunities which contribute to holistic student development experiences. In this role, you will be delivering the academic, wellness and physical components of a program to an assigned group of students. This candidate must be able to communicate nutrition, fitness as well as other health related topics such as vaping, tobacco use, and substance abuse principals by preparing lessons that promotes and delivers a holistic approach to wellness. The instructor will mentor and coach students to a better wellness journey and individual health appreciation.

This is a non-bargaining unit position. The hours are on a part-time basis, up to 19 hours per week with no benefits eligibility. The hourly rate will be determined by the candidate's qualifications which include but are not limited to education and experience. The hours will be determined by the Supervisor. This is a grant funded position.
