Job Description


Supportive Teams for Educational Progress (STEP) is in search of a paraeducator at Academy School to support elementary students with social/emotional and instructional support plans. Applicants with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential highly preferred.

Qualifications Required: 1) 2 years of college level education, preferably in the area of education and/or psychology, 2) Previous experience with Applied Behavior Analysis in a school or home setting, 3) Ability to support social/emotional, behavioral & academic instruction in a general education environment, 4) Strong communication, problem solving and collaborative skills. Knowledge of the Google platform is essential. This position is for 191 days a year, 6.67 hours a day and is placed on Wage Grade 4 ($16.56 to $22.56 per hour based on experience).
