Job Description

Substitute teacher positions require ONE of the following:
- Associates degree
- Bachelors degree
- Two years college completion coursework on track to a four year degree
- RI Department of Education certification.

ATTENTION: Applicants should bring the BCI form included in the packet to the RI Attorney General's Office to have a National Background Criminal Investigative report done.

Once our office is in receipt of your BCI from the Attorney General's Office, you will be contacted. You can then either mail your packet of forms that you completed from our website to the Smithfield School Administration Building 49 Farnum Pike Smithfield, RI 02917 or email to make arrangements to drop off the completed paperwork. Transcripts on SchoolSpring must be confirmed official, otherwise please send an official copy.
