Director of Enrollment and Marketing
The Director of Enrollment and Marketing is responsible for achieving Kellman Brown’s (KBA) long-and short-term enrollment goals and directing all aspects of admissions. He/she will create, lead, and manage a comprehensive admission program and is responsible for planning and implementing a plan to market Kellman Brown Academy to prospective students and their families.

    • Write and implement a comprehensive strategic enrollment plan that reflects KBA’s unique brand, student, and community culture, and target markets.
      • Cultivate and steward relationships with communal organizations for potential partnerships and opportunities that will advance the KBA mission and vision.
      • Build strategic and thoughtful retention plan with activity and engagement for KBA students and families. Manage re-enrollment process in partnership with the business office.
      • Design and implement the admission funnel and timeline.
      • Steward relationships with feeder schools, parenting professionals, educational partners, and Jewish organizations to increase the prospective applicant pool.
      • Design and manage admission events and activities that may include, but is not limited to, open houses, school tours, information nights and student visit days.
      • Steward prospective students and parents through the admission process, serving as the main point of contact throughout the process.
      • Collect and manage admission data
      • Inquires, applications, conversion rates
      • Utilize collected admission data and analyze trends related to admissions and enrollment to make data-informed strategic decisions and recommendations.
      • Engage school leadership team as need as it relates to admission goals.
      • Design and implement a parent ambassador program that supports recruitment and retention efforts.
      • Lead admissions committee that evaluates incoming students for KBA
      • Develop and oversee on-boarding process for new KBA families. including, but not limited to, engaging administrators, teaching staff and parent ambassadors in preparing students and parents for a successful transition to KBA.
      • Clear demonstration of the KBA mission and core values and recruit mission aligned students and families.
      • In partnership with the business office and Head of School, establish annual admissions and tuition assistance goals to ensure enrollment and revenue goals.
      • Participate in the administration of tuition assistance, includes but is not limited to providing award recommendations and relevant information regarding qualified applicant families and serves on the tuition assistance committee.
      ? Annually prepare a proposed admission and marketing budget for the approval by the Head of School.
      • Produce a monthly admission and marketing report for the leadership team and board of directors.
      • Create admission and marketing materials for admission and KBA.
    • Website Content Management and Social Media
      • Compose newsletters, communications to staff and families utilizing a electronic platform.
      • Analyze social media statistics including Facebook & Google Search analytics for enhancing outreach in strategic areas.
      • Research, procure and/or design KBA promotional items
      • The Director of Enrollment & Marketing reports directly to the Principal.
