Primary Purpose:
Manage students learning in accordance with the goals and directives of school and the District.
Qulifications:
Minimum Education/Certification:
High School Diploma/GED
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Must have skills to follow lesson plans and instruction left by teacher
Must have conflict resolution skills
Must have classroom management skills
Must have group interaction skills
Work Conditions:
Must be able to monitor and observe student behavior
Must be able to communicate effectively with students, staff, and community
Must be able to maintain emotional control in all situations
