Job Description

Energetic, fun, creative BCBA wanted to work with a dynamic team! Make a difference in a company where you are valued and appreciated.

Steps to Success Consultants, LLC is a behavior consultation and ABA services company based in Concord, MA. We offer home, school and clinic-based ABA services, social skills groups, playgroups, parent trainings and vacation groups. Assistance is needed with the current caseload in Metrowest Boston and our expanding practice. All cases are managed and supervised weekly by a BCBA, with extensive time for collaboration, brainstorming, training and supervision. We take great pride in our small, well-qualified, experienced, dedicated group of professionals who are motivated by the steps to success that each child makes!

The position offers generous benefits including salaried pay, paid vacation and sick time, health insurance, liability insurance, mileage reimbursement, and continuing education opportunities. The pay is extremely competitive.

The company is seeking BCBA level candidates with extensive experience with children with special needs and experience with ABA. The candidate should be self-motivated and enjoy spending time with children and their families. We’re looking for a team player, who has an enthusiasm for working with children with special needs, can develop behavior plans, provide consultation to parents and school systems, supervise staff, brainstorm with colleagues and think outside the box. Must have a passion for behavior analysis!

The job involves seeing clients weekly, working directly with the children, supervising and training associates, consulting to families and teachers and making recommendations, creating goals, writing behavior plans and programs, conducting assessments, running social skills groups and play groups, preparing materials, collecting and analyzing data, attending meetings and traveling from case to case.

Our office has a positive, co-operative and supportive team culture, which is very important to us. We are looking for a team member to compliment our atmosphere and help us grow! Come join a practice where you are appreciated and valued for the expert that you are!
