STEP Paraeducator – Academy School

Supportive Teams for Educational Progress (STEP) is in search of a paraeducator at Academy School to support elementary students with behavior and instructional support plans. Applicants with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential highly preferred.

Qualifications Required: 1) 2 years of college level education, preferably in the area of education and/or psychology, 2) Previous experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and student social/emotional support in a school or home setting, 3) Ability to support behavioral & academic instruction in a general education environment, 4) Strong communication, problem solving and collaboration skills, 5) Knowledge and competency within the Google platform is essential.
