Job Description

Charlotte Children’s Center is looking to fill an anticipated opening for a Full time Floater/Substitute starting January 2020 to work with ages 6 weeks to 5 years We are a small non-profit, child-centered, play based program. We are nature and Reggio inspired. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in a childcare setting. Ideal candidates will have experience working with all ages Birth-5yrs, strong communication skills, training in ECE as well as Mandated Reporter Training and VT Orientation Training and be well versed in Child Care Licensing Regulations.

We offer partial eye and dental coverage as well as a 3% matching Simple IRA retirement plan. We offer professional development reimbursement. Full time staff can apply for Federal Loan forgiveness due to our non-profit status.

A minimum of Associates Degree in Early Education OR related field preferred.

Hourly rate $14-17 dependent on qualifications and experience.
