Job Description

The League School of Greater Boston is a year-round program dedicated to the education of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our team approach to education creates a collaborative, supportive and open environment within our community. We are currently seeking a Part-time HUMAN RESOURCES Administrative Assistant to start at our Walpole campus.

This position will work a 20 hour a week schedule and reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.

    Job Requirements

    • Position Requirements and Duties:

      • Manage flow of incoming resumes and ensures that they are being tracked and sent to hiring managers in a timely manner.
      • Assist with posting jobs on job boards, college websites and other sources.
      • Send out correspondence to candidates in a timely manager.
      • Assist with maintaining HRIS database and HR data in other spreadsheets and/or databases.
      • Maintain personnel files and assists with audits to ensure information is up to date and compliant.
      • File all HR related documents in a timely manner.
      • Prepare new hire packets by making copies of required documents and having packets prepared prior to new hire meetings.
      • Assist with verification requests on behalf of employees.
      • Fill in as needed in the Front Office.
      • Other projects and duties as assigned by H.R. Manager.
      • Adhere to strict standards of confidentiality and discretion.
