Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in special education or related field
• Licenses as a special educator, severe certification preferred
• Licensed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Minimum of three years teaching experience preferred
• Experience providing training to staff and parents

Responsibilities:
• Create and oversee implementation of data collection systems to track behavior reduction and skill acquisition for children identified with level 3 behaviors.
• Coordinate, consult and plan with teachers, RBT, paraprofessionals and support staff in the design and implementation of services.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop positive behavior supports for children.
• Oversee the work of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and assist him/her in the implementation of the behavior implementation plan.
• Assist with crisis management issues, participate in team meetings, prepare written reports including data collection and analysis.
