Orientation Dates: June 26 & September 10 & 19

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, developing and providing oversight of the C4C program and working with C4C personnel and Skills Coaches to ensure the program is running successfully and program outcomes are being met.
  • Leading all efforts to enroll middle school student participants, build roster and waiting list, track attendance, as well as distribute, collect, and organize all program related paperwork (i.e. registration, permissions, program data, school based data).
  • Coordinating all facility reservations at school site (Henry Lord K-8), transportation as necessary for middle school and high school student arrival and dismissal from programming activities, and transportation to and from C4C field trips.
  • Providing on-site supervision for the program and monitor and address day-to-day situations that arise, including parent contact, discipline, early or other irregular dismissal, or other student matters.
  • Developing recruitment and retention plans for middle school student participants and high school student mentors.
  • Ensuring all staff and program activities comply with Henry Lord K-8, FRPS, and C4C regulations, policies and procedures, and all applicable statutes and regulations.
  • Supporting and substituting for Skills Coaches during program activities as needed.
