Job Description

Early Education Services is part of the Windham Southeast Supervisory Union, providing Early Head Start (birth-3) and Head Start (3-5) services to young children and families.

Lead Teacher/Site Supervisor – Westminster Head Start

Education requirements:
Bachelor or Master Degree in early childhood education, early childhood special education, child or human development, elementary education, or child and family studies. VT Educator License with endorsement in ECE or ECSE.

A minimum of 5 years working with children 3-5 and their families in a center-based early childhood program. Experience with staff supervision, staff development, and program administration.

All candidates must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Salary range $18.30-$19.80 per hour.
