Empower students to do their best and to achieve their goals
Believe strongly in collaborating with families to prepare each student for success
Provide services that strengthen home/school/community partnerships and alleviate barriers to learning

Implement effective intervention strategies to prevent dropout

    Job Requirements

    • Master’s Degree in Social Work and appropriate Idaho licensing OR Idaho State Pupil Personnel Certificate endorsed as a School Counselor
      Ability to work from Boise, Idaho office
      Experience and demonstrated interest in working with at-risk youth
      Candidates should have knowledge and familiarity with specific Idaho resources and agencies that will assist in the healthy social, mental, and academic development of students and families
      Strong technology skills (especially with Microsoft Office products)
      Ability to travel across Idaho to support families and work with agencies
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
    • Master degree preferred
    • Citizenship, residency or work visa required
