Job Description

The LEAP School seeks enthusiastic, dedicated, loving & caring Full Time Teacher to join our preschool teaching team at our BEDFORD LEAP School to start in late June or late August, 2019. Sense of humor helpful! The Language Enrichment Arts Program, founded in 1985, is a non-denominational private program accredited by Early Education and Care (EEC). The LEAP School is uniquely designed to support the diverse needs of children, from toddler though kindergarten, and their families. We provide a balanced approach to nurturing self-esteem and self-expression in a stimulating and safe environment. Our small class size and low child/teacher ratio allow us the ability to understand and respect each child's individual attributes and needs. Here children are inspired to develop their creative and intellectual abilities while having fun!

    Job Requirements

    • We are seeking experienced teachers with an Early Childhood background to offer them the opportunity to enrich their minds and teaching methodologies. We offer extensive training in a supportive learning environment, small class sizes, art specialists and on-site workshops.

      We are interested in teachers that possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. You must be EEC TEACHER CERTIFIED or in the process of becoming EEC teacher certified.
    • At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
    • Bachelor degree preferred
    • Citizenship, residency or work visa required
