Job Description

On call daily substitute teachers needed for all levels. Work is not guaranteed for every day and there is no expectation for work when school is not in session (i.e. vacations, summer, etc...). Must have experience working with children.

    The Milton Public Schools serves approximately 3,900 students in four elementary schools, one middle school and one high school. In addition Milton offers a developmental preschool, before and after school programs and summer school programs.     Job Requirements

    • Candidates with a Masters Degree or higher and those who are licensed to teach in Massachusetts will be prioritized for interviews. Minimum requirement is a Bachelors degree for Substitute Teacher.
      Minimum requirement is an Associates degree for a Substitute Paraprofessional.
      Rate is $90 per day.
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
    • Master degree preferred
    • Citizenship, residency or work visa required
