Job Description

The Brookside Elementary School is seeking a long-term substitute teacher in Grade 3 for the remainder of the 2018-2019 school year. This position has the potential to become a permanent opportunity.

    Brookside Elementary School serves students in grades Kindergarten through fifth: three full-day kindergarten classes, four first grade classes, three second grade classes, three third grade classes, three fourth classes and four fifth grade classes. Our enrollment for the 2017-2018 school year is approximately 460 students. As an educational community, we are committed to an educational philosophy characterized by the following beliefs:

    The Brookside Parent – Teacher Organization (PTO) also fosters our sense of community. We welcome our parents and/or volunteers into the school.     • Massachusetts DESE licensure in Elementary, 1-6 or Early Childhood, PreK-3.
