Job Description

Responsible for assisting classroom teaching staff with facilitating and guiding activities for infant/toddler classrooms and preschool classrooms, including maintaining a safe, neat, organized learning environment that is welcoming, nurturing, and high functioning.

Must have or commit to enroll in a CDA credential program to be completed in no less than two years from hire, or must be enrolled in a program for an Associates or Bachelors Degree. Must be EEC Preschool Teacher or Infant/Toddler Teacher certified or have a pending application for teaching certification. Must have knowledge and experience of early childhood education & developmentally appropriate practices. Must be able to work successfully in a team setting while remaining flexible to change with a positive approach. Willing to negotiate full time or part time hours.
