Benchmark Behavioral Solutions is searching for individuals to work as part of our ABA Autism services team. Position Summary
The BCBA provides home and community-based ABA services to parents and individuals supporting children with Autism. They supervise direct support staff and provide ongoing parent training to increase independence and promote generalization. BCBAs ensure that behaviors targeted for change are meaningful and important to the family and their community and will increase quality of life for those involved.

  • Qualifications
  • Possess a master’s degree
  • Certified as a BCBA and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Two (2) years of experience working in an applied in-home and community setting
  • Acceptance of philosophy and science of behavior analysis
  • Feels comfortable traveling to client homes and providing services in home
  • Feels comfortable supervising behavior technicians and ensuring they are implementing programs correctly
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Successful completion of fingerprint and/or background check
