Job Description

Responsibilities Include:

- Supervision of ABA Therapists within the home
- Training staff
- Ensuring procedural integrity and proper implementation of plan, data collection, etc.
- Treatment plan development and monitoring, writing progress notes
- Conducting FBA, development of behavior support plan
- Conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLS, AFLS)
- Making treatment changes
- Parent/guardian/family training

    Job Requirements

    • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Those sitting soon are also encouraged to apply)
    • Bachelor degree preferred
    • Citizenship, residency or work visa required
