Position Type: Full-time, 215 days per year.

This is a full time 40-hour per week Special Education teaching position. The Special Education Teacher works in a self-contained classroom that is staffed with one or more Classroom Behavior specialists.

Bradley Schools serve students whose behavioral health challenges require a level of specialized instruction and intervention that is beyond what their current placements can provide. We also provide programming to students with developmental challenges, such as autism and or intellectual disabilities, who may have additional behavioral health needs.     Job Requirements

    • Requires Bachelor's Degree in Education and RIDE Special Education, elementary, middle and secondary teacher certification. Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or Developmental Disorders preferred. If you do not have current RI Department of Education Special Ed. Certification, but have comparable certification in another state, please attach a copy of that certification so we may expedite consideration of your application.
