The Evergreen Center is a world-class private human services organization that provides living and learning environments for individuals with developmental disabilities diagnosed with multiple disabilities including Autism, physical disabilities, neurological problems and behavior disorders. Job Description

Evergreen Center is seeking bright and energetic individuals who will be responsible for the health, safety, and comfort of the students in our group homes.

Responsibilities include completion of head checks and corresponding documentation at 30 minute intervals to insure that students are in bed and overnight equipment is being used as indicated, the collection of overnight behavioral, medical, or instructional data, and the reporting of any behavioral observations or health and safety issues.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in human services preferred
• Valid driver's license required

Skills:

• Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with students, their families, staff, management personnel and public safety officials
• Must have the ability to carry out written and oral instructions
• Must have considerable emotional and physical capacity

Working Conditions:

• In this position, you will be required to work at the Evergreen Center's group homes as well as the Evergreen Center's Central Education Facility (as needed). All Evergreen Staff have a primary obligation to ensure the health, safety and educational advancement of our students.

Work Hours:
• 11pm-7am or 11pm-9am
• Shifts will include at least one weekend night
