Job Description

Direct and manage the overall program of instrumental music for the middle and high school. Provide students with an opportunity to participate in extracurricular band activities. Plan activities to achieve state and regional recognition.

The successful candidates will possess initiative, passion for music and for teaching middle and high school students, and a willingness to cooperate in creating opportunities for students to participate in instrumental and general music. Candidates should be active musicians who are experienced in teaching and performing music from a wide variety of styles, genres and cultures. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate their ability to handle large groups and proficiency with music technology.
