The Advancement Associate will join a highly collaborative team to provide comprehensive administrative support for our Advancement operations with a focus on Advancement Services. The successful candidate is eager to learn about all aspects of a development operation and is detail-oriented, collaborative, and can comfortably and successfully manage several tasks simultaneously. The Advancement Associate will create redundancy for the Office for Institutional Advancement’s (OIA) day-to-day priorities and projects, specifically around gift processing and data integrity. The ability to interact confidently with Westminster volunteers and donors and to maintain strict confidentiality is required.

Position Status: This position is a salaried, non-exempt, full-time, regular, 12-month position.
Hours of Work: Days of work are Monday through Friday and the core hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required as job duties demand.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle and feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl; talk and hear; engage in moderately strenuous physical activity both indoors and out; and smell. The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and may walk on slippery or uneven surfaces.
Travel is primarily local during the regular business day. Overnight and out-of-area travel may also be required.
