Job Description

  • Ability to plan and organize workflow, schedules, and procedures for administrative staff
  • Excellent communication sills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with technology including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word and excel, website editing
  • Third-party Medicaid billing and compliance
  • Maintain confidentiality and handling of sensitive data
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Manage purchasing/receiving for student services staff and service providers
  • Manage student services budget encumbrances
  • Maintain foundation information for Medicaid, Catastrophic Aid, and Homeschooling
  • Maintain student data in the NHSEIS system
  • Handle routine telephone communication, correspondence, district mail, petty cash, etc.
  • Facilitate IEP meeting notice procedures
  • Attention to detail
  • Other duties as assigned
