Superintendent of Schools, Falmouth Massachusetts
Falmouth is a coastal community located on the southwest shoulder of Cape Cod. It is Cape Cod's second largest town with a full-time population of 33,500, which swells to 108,500 in the summer. The Falmouth School District has a total enrollment of 3466 students, employs a staff of 650, and is supported by an annual budget of approximately $46,000,000. Our schools enjoy strong community support, which is reflected in our excellent school facilities, a wide range of academic offerings, and extensive co-curricular and extracurricular programs.

Qualifications
The School Committee is seeking a visionary and experienced educator, who can encourage, support and guide a dedicated staff, who are engaged in many thoughtfully conceived initiatives to improve learning for all of our students. We desire an exceptional leader who will continue to inspire us in our pursuit of excellence. Qualified applicants will have a record of success as a central office administrator and/or building principal, be willing to relocate, and hold or be eligible to receive licensure as a Massachusetts Superintendent of Schools. An advanced degree with a Doctorate is preferred.

Salary and Benefit Package
The salary range is $145,000 - $170,000 based upon qualifications and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
